The Monster Beverage Co, is very successful and heavily advertises in the racing community.

However, it has failed to research companies complaint records, etc.

Specifically, CORR, Championship Offroad Racing and its race drivers, who are sponsored by businesses with nationwide unsatisfactory records for failing to respond to consumer complaints and other serious violations.

When race patrons attend racing events, they are given the illusion that all race drivers and sponsors have been screened for being in Good Standing within the business community and/or general public.
