We have the extreme misfortune of purchasing a water feature for our business for one of the worst companies I have ever run across. If anyone is planning on installing a beautiful water feature (wall) in your home or business stay as far away from Harmonic Environments as possible. Not only will you pay more then double the going rate but you’ll receive absolutely NO customer service, an inferior product by far. Mine was delivered damaged, when I contacted the company I was treated with disrespect in fact I can say I’ve never dealt with another company that was as rude unprofessional as this one. Our wall has been installed for about four months I’ve had my own service tech out at least 12 times the water pumps were defective and have been replaced three times I have now gone to a German pump. If your planning on purchasing one of these products please write in reply to this and I’ll be happy to share my nightmare with you and hopefully point you in the direction of a quality company. Trust in the fact that if you get involved with Harmonic Environments you’ll regret the experience form the day the product is delivered.
