Boy, am I a pissed consumer today. I opened my phone bill (Embarq) & saw this $7.46 charge from IDL. Never heard of them.I first looked on line to see who they were then I called the number they had on my bill. Got an immediate response but no info.I asked who are they and why are they in my life? I was quickly told I would be refunded and a block put on my account. I asked "What account?"No forthcoming info from her.She also said I should call Embarq and relay this issue.I told her to call embarq.But she said I have to do it.Anyway I called Embarq, told them the story and they were very blase' about it. I told the guy he better check his own bill.What's going on?Apparently I'm not alone in this.But it's not bad enough I have to pay all these fees, tax'es & surcharges, now I have to see who got through Embarq and onto my bill. So watch your phone bill people.You never know what you might find.
