This is to inform all victims I have contacted Beasley Allen's Law firm which stated they were looking for Litton victims, and would like to here you complaint to see if they would be interested in your case. I will see what result I have and update this to let you know if they take it. if they do this may be your what your looking for. If there is no interest I will not update this thread, however if they do show interest I will post it.

Our mortage was sold to Litton and ever since it has been a nightmare. We were never late on our mortgage until the economy took a nose dive. I tried several times to modify our loan, but they are basing the modification on gross income and I don't know of anyone who pays their bills on their gross income, so of course we were denied three times. Then they keep harrassing us with phone calls and threatening with foreclosure. After trying everything I could think of including calling Mr. Larry B. Litton himself we had no choice but to walk away from our home. I called Litton almost daily asking them what to do with the keys they kept saying the home preservation dept would contact me and let me know. This went on for a month until yesterday when we went to check on the house and found that someone had broke into the garage and changed the locks on the doors. I immediately call Litton and after 30 minutes finally got through to the home preservation dept who informed me that the company they use were the ones who broke into our home. This home is not in foreclosure yet, so in all purposes we are still the legal owners. Litton due to screwing up again broke and entered into our home and that is illegal last I knew. Due to the breakdown in the Litton Loan Company we once again got screwed by them. I would like to press charges on them and the company who actually pried open our garage. These people need to be stopped.
