How can I edit/Delete a review?

This website is insane. I paid for the premium listing. I was very happy that the company called me to settle our dispute. But they want to to take down this review. Now I even gave you guys money so this shouldn't be too hard, but damn, I can't find ANYTHING anywhere to help me do this. Also a serious lack of support of this website.

Ok my superb friend in the entirety rapturous (His a wretch) is exceedingly in make out with Gina Carano and he talks around her all broad daylight and tenebriousness long. Like I would demand him but he would good start talking and I wouldn't hear what he was saying, so how is she conspicuous whats her business and is she single or married. Like I said I would petition him but he would of went off a article and I don't have time instead of that so if you know something forth her it would succour me alot.

Dear Admin,
I'm wrote the Optima University Review. I want to Delete a Post/Reply that I wrote to this review. It includes the name of a person that could face serious consequences due to this review. He is innocent, and I only mentioned his name in a favorable way, however just by being mentioned I didn't realize that he can be held accountable and his entire medical career could be ruined due to this. Please tell me how to remove this post/reply that I wrote myself. It's the post/reply that I added on 9/12/09. His name is in the 3rd paragraph, 6th line. His name is Z_____n. I will wait anxiously for your reply.

The FAQ says there should be a DELETE button but it's up to the Admin to allow it to be seen. It seem that the admin is nowhere to be found. I need to delete my post or I can't settle with the company I complained about. What kind of WEB site doesn't let you edit or delete? look like Pissed Consumer might need to be reported. Hey Admin. Put a delete button on my post please.
